Leader's window...

I was in SFO last few days back for "Leader's Window" training organized by my company and i was very pleased that i attended this. It was refreshing and gave my a thought on where i am suppose to head! This in turn was a good reflection on me and has motivated me to kick start a new blog in this direction...
